Just 3 minutes walking from the nearest beach of fine sand, the ideal base for enjoying Valencia and its charms intensely. Villa del Mar is designed to offer you rest, tranquillity and maximum comfort. The house is perfectly equipped, with the necessary furniture, household items and bedding, to guarantee a pleasant and comfortable stay, and has the corresponding authorization from the Valencian Agency of Tourism.
An ideal place to relax from the stress of the daily routine, the beach and very close to the cycle paths that take you to the city or the mountains. We propose you to discover routes through Valencia’s orchards where you can enjoy the natural environment next to the city. Discover the unique richness of the Valencian orchard. It will bring you closer to one of the oldest and most unknown places in this unique orchard in Europe, which is the Huerta de Valencia. Through its walks in tartan and horses being in contact with nature and its changes that go from the flowering of the orange blossom (April) to the ripening of the fruit (February-April) the following year.

The maximum capacity of this accommodation is 4 people. The house has heating and air conditioning, wifi, national television, a cot and a free baby bath (on request)
