Today we discovered Sagunto in a truly special way. From the beautifully preserved Roman theatre to the spectacular castle above the town — and even a walk through the old Jewish quarter, where time seems to stand still.

We wrapped it all up with a delicious lunch at the foot of the castle — good food, a glass of wine, and that unmistakable Valencian winter sun. 🍷☀️
